4K Enrollment/Registration & Kindergarten Information Night

The Hudson School District is hosting 4K enrollment/registration and its Kindergarten Information Night

• Tuesday, March 10, 2026 from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
• Hudson Prairie Elementary School (1400 Carmichael Rd, Hudson, WI)

4K registration is a multi-step process: if selecting a community 4K partner site, families must complete the partner site registration AND Hudson School District's online registration.

4K Families will be able to:

1. Complete the community partner site registration process.
2. Receive assistance with Hudson School District online enrollment/registration 
3. Sign up for Hudson School District 4K wrap care if enrolling at one of the Hudson School District 4K sites
4. Get general questions answered

4K Families will need to bring:

• Proof of residency (e.g. utility bill, lease agreement. A driver's license cannot be used as proof of residency)
• Photo identification (e.g. driver's license, state ID, or passport)
• Birth certificate for the child you are enrolling
• Any immunization records that have not been uploaded into Skyward Family Access

Kindergarten Information (attendance is not required)

• Families will receive assistance in completing the online registration process
• Staff will be available to answer questions
• Families can learn about School Age Care before and after school care
